Little Wing is a baby simurgh, a being that is a unlikely as anything could be on Shem.

Little Wing was born under strange circumstances near the World Tree, but got lost one day, & a kindly shemir took him in. It was not until he met Jack Crane, though, that he realized who is papa must be.

Little Wing is in complete awe of the world around him, & he is very confused about why he is here. He trusts Jack implicitly to teach him the way.
