An old greater goblin who escaped slavery to find himself lost in a world of violence and pain, adrift, without his beloved wife and children.

He found, after much trial, the Tunic of Confidence, and a mad and convoluted plan to find his children developed. He would broadcast his name the world over by winning great fame, and he would bring them to him. He set out to the Arena in Palhur, and against all odds, blind and old, he won it, hiding his Gift from the judges in the process.

When he found his son Arsul needed his Gift but would not take it, he devised a plan to send his soul to an afterlife where he could be of use to his son. He used the power of the Tunic to beat the laws of his own faith and entered the Dream Realm as a free soul, bound by raw Hope.

In the Summer Country, upon the sacrifice of his son, Domy, he realized that his dream-Gift was taking away from Arsul's potential power, and he and Domy left for the Catacombs, to finish their afterlives properly, and gave over their powers to the Prophet.
