A reever for many a-year, Kansallus, while enjoying the bloodthirsty work of looting, pillaging, & plundering, was also fond of the soul-soothing work of guitar playing & the enticing work of seduction (as opposed to the brutal work of raping). A lover as much as a reever & a musician as much as a lover, Kansallus was awed to the depths of his soul the first time he heard Bartleby the Rogue play. The two became fast friends & soon they were working their way back to Maraddon to make their fortunes in music, Bartleby as a triumphant return, Kansallus as an out-of-nowhere success.

Briefly, the two played as the Two Rogues, but soon, Bartleby's interest in music over popularity split the two apart. Each kept the title "the Rogue," though Bartleby's outfits tended to be made of silk & satin, while Kansallus kept to the rough cloth of his reever days. Kansallus, like many others, didn't take to the New School when it came about, & he is now a bit of a washed up has-been. Rumor has it that, in his cups, he talks longingly of returning to the sea.

He was enslaved as an ender to Hornet Rust's power and forced to rape his one true love. Forever after, he could not face her, until shortly before his untimely death. He was a lover of life and a rogue to the end, eventually coming clean to his daughter about her parentage.
