In the Ages since the Manifestation Wars, Paul has become a sort of friendly, useful uncle to the Lovell Tribes. He still works as the Keeper of Justice, advising the Staves on international matters, and he still serves the Homeguard, coordinating with the larger scale Shemguard for them. He has recently gotten involved with the fight against the rising undead issues around the world.

Born the son of an Imperial Guard and an Ice-Elven emmissary, he was raised by his father in the palace. He did a fair tour of duty as an Imperial Guard, until he was caught in bed with the princess he was supposed to have been guarding. Dishonored and stripped of rank, he moved on, finally finding his niche in Anlir, where he took up the job of Sheriff. There he stayed, protecting and serving for a long time, until Anlir was destroyed by the Indestructibles in their quest for godhood. It was there that he met Sir Matrim Argent, son of the very man who trained him as an Imperial Guard, and signed on with him to help bring the Indestructibles to justice.

After the reconstruction of New Anlir, Paul took on full responsibilities as a councilman of the Staves of Justice. He has trained some, and served as a board member for internal ethics hearings.
