Stats
<Lamaera> Basic stats are drawn from a pool of 300. Cap is 42. Substats... So if you have PRO of 35, say, and you add sword skill of 38, that only costs you 3 points, not another 38. Get it?
<Lamaera> You don't have to use all the points in the pool--in fact, it's usual that you wouldn't. Being at max 42s causes you stress.

<Lamaera> Basically, being in the 30s for most things and 42 for WIL is probably your best bet, and keep a healthy stack of substats.

<Rindacsa> I mean, I was almost an archmage before this all started.
<Lamaera> Magic: You have a pool of 2000 to give to any sphere of soul magic. You can take heart magic spheres at 20 points a piece from that same pool.

<Lamaera> Skills: Pool of 1600.

<Lamaera> And other powers: over the course of history, many Valhonians have bonded to odd animals and plants and gotten other random powers. You have a pool of 250 for this and we can discuss as needed.
<Lamaera> Your original stats are part of the pools, by the way. You can lower and raise them as needed.
<Lamaera> And I think that magic pool might be a bit low. Play with it for now and we'll up it if need be.
<Lamaera> You can alter stats over the course of a round, one stat at a time.

<Lamaera> Your ability to reach a 45 in Life remains the same. You can put it at anything you want it to be.

<Lamaera> You are drawing this from all Valhonian history, so here's the rub:
<Lamaera> If you take a lot of something from one Valhonian, or if you draw something they alone or very few have, you come into contact with them.
<Lamaera> Some of them are not nice Valhonians at all.
