The legendary goblin king Horng Toecutter has arisen and summomed all the clans of Tzuk. The final conquest is nigh.

Arcs:
1. Rite of Blood:
Young goblins face their ritual of naming and violence, becoming adults. Players would be these young goblins.

PCs:

Vignette: Horng's son fails his first Rite and is killed by his father.

2. First Feat:
A group of Wathite youths compete to complete their first feats, earning their first last names. Players would be these young Wathites.

PCs:

3. Third Name:
Young tohons enter the forests to hunt, camp, and survive for three days, earning their third True Names. Players would be these young tohons.

PCs:

Vignette: Tecumseh orders the tribes of Tohoniuk to rally.
Vignette: Horng sends word to all goblin races that they will rally to him or die.

4. Initiation:
A group of young greater trolls in Zul'Bradr are initiated into a roving band of trollish bandits. Players would be the young trolls.

PCs:

5. Ash and Smoke:
A group of young goemagots in Angumur must become adults in trials on the edge of volcanic craters. Players would be the young giants.

Vignette: The menninkainen in Durgarak build defenses.
Vignette: Othar Swordtitan readies his ancient weapons.

6. Violent Upheaval:
The young goblins are with their clan at the rallying of the Great Horde. As part of the rally, every clan is holding a series of violent contests. When the chief of their clan dies in one of these contests, their clan must struggle with outsiders trying to assimilate their clan and with the power struggles within their own clan. Players would be the young goblins now finding their way to survival and leadership.

PCs:

7. Trial by Combat:
An elder--grandfather to one of the PCs--of the Wathite town dies, and a funeral is held. At the funeral, new leadership will be declared. At least one PC must challenge for leadership and be part of the trials by combat.

PCs:

Vignette: The gnolls of the Shattered Plains are betrayed by the aqrabuamela and fall.
Vignette: Fangmarch is ravaged by the Great Horde.

8. Visions of Ewah:
The tohons rally to Tecumseh's call, and at the rally, the young tohons all engage in games of skill, strength, and chance, as well as spiritual ceremonies. During one such ceremony, the PCs share a vision of the legendary Cougar Manifest, long dead.

PCs:

9. Loyalties:
The trollish bandits meet an emissary from the Great Horde, who tells them to rally to Horng or be killed. The trollish bandits argue about whether to rally or not.

PCs:

Vignette: The ghouls of the Scoured Realm split. Some tribes decide to rally to Horng, others refuse and send emissaries to the Prophetess.
Vignette: The shishiga answer the call and march northward.

10. Fire Wyrm:
The goemagots seek salvation in the war by sending their own emissaries to the red dragons who also live in Angumur. The PCs would be seeking an alliance with the local dragon lord, Rojomagnamartakus.

PCs:

11. Conquest:
The Great Horde has reached the borders of Rodangasa, and the ruebezahl clans are in the midst of a civil war. The young goblins would be part of a group meeting up with a ruebezahl clan that they cannot tell the allegiance of.

PCs:

Vignette: The Night Horde swears fealty to the Prophetess in exchange for protection from Horng's vengeance.
Vignette: The fuath rise to the surface and break the fleets of those opposing the Great Horde.

12. Fatal Divisions:
Wathite society is very individualized, and the interpersonal conflicts there often weaken them as a nation. One such division arises as the Wathites, who have marched to the frontlines of the war, erupt into internal conflict and endanger their own. The young Wathites would be taking sides or trying to make internal peace to save their people.

PCs:

13. Tecumseh's Might:
The young tohons witness Tecumseh's incredible power as he single-handedly smashes a clan of goblins. Within the nimbus of his power, they find themselves empowered as well, and they find new skills and powers within themselves. They reach out spiritually to each other as they enter the fray.

PCs:

Vignette: Horng meets with Gabriel Leannan to discuss an alliance. Gabriel refuses.
Vignette: The dwarves of Bauldunstel face the Great Horde.

14. Assimilation:
The young trolls struggle not to become caught up in the goblin culture as well as the goblin army.

PCs:

15. Inquisitor:
A goemagot leader is captured by the Great Horde. Word comes back that he is being tortured with a Gift called Inquisitor, a Gifted Nail that causes untold pain without cessation. The young goemagots would seek to infiltrate a goblin camp to save her.

PCs:

Vignette: The Guardians of Jesumein seal their treasures away and abandon the city.
Vignette: Dragons and goblins clash along their borders.

16. The Eternal Goblin King:
Horng kills Othar Swordtitan in single combat, and the allied front crumbles. Players would be a mix of characters from the three non-goblin aligned arcs fleeing for their lives.

PCs:

Vignette: Tecumseh orders his tohons to flee to safety in the north, but a plea for help comes from a stranded Wathite. He personally moves to rescue them, meeting for the first time Helga Motherkiller.
