The Arbiter's Hierarchy is the hierarchy He has imposed on the Divine Courts. The rankings here are based on the political weight He gives each entity, not necessarily the power of that entity--though there is some overlap.

The main focus of the Hierarchy is the Parliament. Anything ranked above (and not including) a Witness is a member of the Divine Parliament, and therefore allowed to vote on Divine Law.

Messiah: one who transcends the Paradox (no votes--will is LAW)

Prominent:
Archon: one who heads a Pantheon (33 votes)
Gerent: one who rules a Court (30 votes)
Curate: administrator of a Court (28 votes)
Demiurge: something worshiped that is not Divine (27 votes)
Potentate: a foreign ruler afforded influence in a Court (26 votes)

Salient:
Trickster / Broker: one who can create Paradox / one who deals in the Paradox (25 votes)
Witness: one who has seen the Paradox - may speak the name of a Divine without becoming enthralled (24 votes)
Speaker: one who represents in legal court before the Arbiter (23 votes)
Offerant / Athezant: one who attempts to transcend the paradox and fails--a false messiah / one who is powered by the Paradox (22 votes)
Vicegerent: one appointed by the divine to act in the stead of the Divine (21 votes)
Marshall: one who leads a Pantheon's mortal and inmortal reserve (20 votes)
Prophet: one who sees the paths to Paradox (19 votes)

Emissary / Fidei Defensor: a representative of a Court or Pantheon who liaises with another Court or Pantheon / singular defender of a pantheon or pantheons, Mountain-born (18 votes)
Paragon / Consort: one who embodies a Pantheon / one who is paramour to the Divine (17 votes)
Trinity: a trio who access the Paradox (16 votes)
Steward: one who can stand in for the Marshall (15 votes)
Champion / Nemesis: one who defends an Aspect, Mountain-born / one who is the counterpoint to a Champion, usually fashioned by the Champion (14 votes)
Dedicate / Chosen: one who has said the name of a divine or was specifically chosen to serve by a divine, a High Servitor (13 votes)
