A prodigy at engineering and an anti-prodigy at almost everything else including tact and common sense, Elliott was Emperor Rakesh's master siege engineer. His prize creation, the mobile trebuchet Kingbreaker, was stolen by Vesturia. Elliott created the Righteous Anger to combat it, a mombile trebuchet that surpassed Kingbreaker's power, but could be manned by a crew of one instead of the 23 required to operate Kingbreaker. Elliott is also known for working with Omar (long before his apotheosis to Omar-Hurshul), in the creation of the Joint Litturgy, an auto-fire siege balista. Elliott's other accomplishments include the battle-mech Illyria's Nemesis, and nearly destroying the world in the battle of the Cannons.

He was one of the Messiah of Hope's best friends, & his contributions to the world also included the first airship, the Bumfuzzler.
