Ansulym:

• Annec Wastes: broken wastelands beset by natural disasters.
• Bel-torren Wastes: grey wastelands.
• Great White Desert: the white deserts of eastern Ansulym.
• Kulg Rock Flats: dangerous, craggy rock flats.
• Nakatani Salt Flats: massive salt flats where nomads scavenge for survival.
• Red Coast: bloody, red sandy coasts.
• Scoured Realm: a land cleansed of life by the massive locust swarms there.
• Sulfuric Wastes: the stenching wastes of eastern Ansulym.
• Zurkaelleskan: the bone deserts and ghost barrens of Kael'Ras.

Cassaru:

• Cassaran Ice Desert: a small portion of the Cassaran tundra qualifies as desert.

Dabusen:

• Aag Kee Ret: the fire sands of southern Vimala, a red desert where the sand is burning hot.
• Bepushtlar: the barrens of Kundek.
• Gaýaly Umman: the rock "ocean" of western Dabusen, stretching between multiple countries.
• N̂ảtā Ngācĥāng: the largest elephant's graveyard in Nandja. The tears of ivory.
• P’khrun Artsat’: the xeric shrublands of Artere, called the "brittle silver" region.
• Sukī Saṛaka: the arid region of the Dabusenese subcontinent based on the Thal Desert.
• Usgüi Gazar: the waterless place, a vast desert in Ladrya, where the death worms dwell and the riders of the steppes avoid. Loosely based on the Gobi Desert.
• Zuànshí Gōngyù: the diamond flats of western Unbul.

• Aeridanean Windswept: the largest desert in Gyrah, a desert created by ferocious winds in Aeridan.
• Neuroxera: the barren regions of Psyara.

Island Bridge:

• Wantangapa: [warlpiri] massive desert loosely based on Australian deserts.

Jesenranu:

• The Barrens: a cold, barren region of the Winter Court in Lyrilla.
• Deșertul Morților: the desert of the dead, a region of Rendru where the victims of Stolzene genocide cursed the land to be infertile and drove away the rains.
• Desierto Durmiente: the "sleeping" semi-desert of dream sand (mixed with mundane sand) on a plateau in the Danuan region of Jesenranu.
• Lyrillan Rock Flats: dry rocky desert between the Riding and Akazad in Lyrilla.
• Podnevna Pustinja: the desert of the demoness Lady Midday in Murja.

Mahad: continent known for its nine great deserts

• Aleush: "the nest", a desert home to firebird nests.
• Al Sarab: not one of the nine great deserts; instead a place known as "the mirage", a traveling desert that appears in different parts of the continent.
• Artifae Desert: the rising desert, the desert of the dawn, in Tara'hin.
• Great Golden Desert: most famous desert in the world. Loosely based on the Arabian Desert.
• Iniseli Desert: a worm desert loosely based on the Syrian Desert.
• Jibal Mutaharikuh: a dune range of shifting sand dunes the size of mountains.
• Rewdekhanh Nemke: a salt desert of Thamiyn. Loosely based on Dasht-e Kavir.
• Rubue Farigh: the most desolate part of Mahad. Loosely based on the Empty Quarter.
• Sahra' al-Zarqa': the blue desert of Kyrestia.
• Sahrayuha: "her desert", where the the Shepherdess is said to have gone to rest.

• Iyaaly: the lowest point in the Irookwanaak, loosely based on Death Valley.
• Kelarbeter: [kunza] hot desert in eastern Palhur loosely based on the Atacama.
• Shattered Plains: dry mudflats in western Palhur.
• Tukapu Ma'oohooka: [paiute] the massive cold basin in western Palhur based loosely on the Great Basin.

Starfall:

• Cobbled Miles: rock flats and stony desert that have the appearance of giant cobblestones from far above in Lost Dwyre.
• Fuligin Field: the blasphemous sands around The Pit.
• Goreen Wide: the dust bowl of southern Starfall.
• Linthan Fael: an alkali sink in which a salt squids dwell in southern Starfall.
• Veguil Foule: a sallow flat, a poisonous desert in southern Starfall.

Taggarus:

• Fêlathata Desert: large desert in southern Taggarus, loosely based on the Namib Desert.
• Kxau Desert: large desert in southern Taggarus, loosely based on the Kalahari.
• Masalgir Desert: desert in the northeast, loosely based on the Nubian Desert.
• Sahra'alriyah: the desert of the winds, loosely based on the Sahara.
• Torobɛnto a Wɔabubu: a massive elephant's graveyard in western Taggarus.

• Denkag Groush: dry mudflats in central Hordelands.
