By land, sea, sky, tunnel, or supernatural force, Lost Dwyre is completely inaccessible. No one has been to the region since just after Starfall, and all maps are purely speculative. The War of the Gods that followed Starfall used this region as a Divine battleground, and thus, nothing works properly there.
