Zelentravners

Zelentravn, a part of the Grey Moon that was once a colonial outpost. It was abandoned and left for the natives after a short conflict, and now it’s become a neutral zone for those outside of colonial life but with ties to it or locals who are part of the group that reclaimed it as well as colonials and others passing through

Zelentravn is run by a council called the Isbranus. The Isbranus is a group of seven people elected from the amalgamated population, each representing a different subset of it - the locals, the refugees, the escaped slaves, the former colonizers, and the immigrants.
