Bogomir is descended of the ugriz that helped fight for Zelentravn's independence so long ago, and he is very proud of this. His family is a major part of the local community, and he ostensibly does his part as a member of the militia. But he focuses on his work in the dark hours, operating as a vigilante looking into possible treachery among the former colonials. He calls himself the Black Watcher, though he is mostly seen as a nuissance by those who interact with him.
