Solongo Batbayar

A tlanchana serpentine from the feudal era, Solongo lived in Wymmera as a child. She belonged to a community that served a powerful zinc zilant that dominated the steppes. Her father was a draquestrian and her mother was a steppe rider, and Solongo yearned to be a great warrior. However, she was born with a bad leg that left her unable to ride or run, and bad lungs that left her unable to train as a warrior effectively.

At the age of 17, despairing at not being able to follow in her parents' footsteps, she travelled into a nearby city to seek a mage who claimed to be able to cure her ailments. Learning that he was a buyuku, she rejected him, seeing his arts as evil, and went back to her family. When she returned, however, she found that her community had been raided and the dragon her people served slain. Knowing not what to do, she returned to the city and offered to serve the buyuku whom she had rejected. Cruelly, he rejected her in return. She ended up a beggar, then enslaved. A year later, the same buyuku bought her. A year after that, she had secretly stolen enough of his wealth and lore to free herself and use his own magicks against him. She performed the rituals to gain draconic accumulation and become a buyuku herself, then slew her rival in battle.

The battle, however, triggered a wild magic burst that opened a portal that thrust her through time, and she ended up subject to wild surges that would unstick her from time randomly.
