Iele
Iele are female-assigned spirits who live in the sky, forests, caves, or on cliffs.
Some have wings, some do not. They like to bathe in natural springs near crossroads. They love to dance under moonlight in secluded glades, atop maple or walnut trees, in ponds, along rivers, at crossroads, or in empty fireplaces. They wear bells on their ankles and carry candles. Their dances drive men into a delirium and leave the place they danced scorched. When it regrew, the area would be red or dark green, and animals would not eat it, but mushrooms would grow there. They are half-insubstantial in moonlight. Some are seen wearing chain mail.
They prefer to be alone except when they meet in the sky, where they gather in groups of three or seven. They are very fast, but some are even faster, riding chariots of flame. They have sharp tempers. They can be very vengeful if wronged, or if someone spies on their dancing uninvited or sleeps under a tree in their territory. They also do not like when someone drinks from their springs.
Their songs can render someone unable to speak, their voices can entrance people, and they can make people sleep by ringing their bells. If they wish true vengeance, they draw someone into the cener of their dance, forcing the victim to dance along until they die. They are honored in special festivals during the spring, and anyone who works during those times finds themselves afflicted with vertigo, their cattle dying or being rendered unable to move, hail storms would come, floods would come, trees wither, houses burn.
They dislike garlic, mugwort, and horse skulls. The calushari dances also deter them.

Ora
Oras are spirits of fate who maintain the cosmic order. Every individual mortal is followed by an ora if they are part of the tapestry of fate (mostly Sharians). They are female-assigned snake spirits, usually white, yellow, or black in color. They can take the form of a bird, mammal, or human or fey woman as well. In any form, they have golden horns.
Oras are found almost anywhere, but most are concentrated in the mountains of Shar. If a family is connected to the tapestry of fate, they will gather when a child is born to determine its future and give them favors to face their destiny. Many ora connect to a specific person who is touched by fate and follow them for their whole lives. They provide protections to the person so long as it is in accordance with their fate. The ora's howl could cut the threads of fate.
Oras respect bravery and curse cowardice. They believe it is brave to face fate. When not amongst their wards, they spend time frivolously amongst their own in the mountains. Oras who go rogue from their duties as servants of fate become weak to many charms, for they are very feared.
Because oras look like snakes, Sharians never harm a snake if they can help it.
If a player wants to be an ora, they may with permission of another player be the ora of their character, but that character would need to be Sharian or somehow touched by fate. If no player wishes to have their character be touched by fate or Sharian, the ora can either be connected to a major NPC or be a rare unattached ora, but if they are the latter, there must be a story for why that involves their fate or the fate of their former subject. A player may also request to have an ora as a major NPC for their Sharian, fey, or fate-touched character.

Zana
Zanas are fairy godparents. They can change their appearance at will, but most appear to be kindly elders of some kind with fairy wings. They will use their magic to blend into their surroundings when needed. They have charms to lure people away from danger, to become hidden, to leave breadcrumbs for people to follow, to create subtle omens for people to follow, and to cure infertility. If a child is born to someone they cured of infertility, they can grant that child a charm, such as dancing, beauty, kindness, luck, grace, bravery, or other positive qualities. If they are offended by someone, they may curse them, but they are offended more by genuine unkindness than other fey’s more capricious standards. They are very protective of children.
