Essence is the energy of a realm or plane of reality, a fragment of the universe with its own specific rules. It is split into five categories:

  2. Ethereal Essence: energies of the Velour planes
    1. Etheria: energy of connection and bonding, from the Ethereal Plane
    2. Mana: energy of mimicry and similarity, from the Manaheart
    3. Vonzot: energy of systems and networks, from the Seams
  3. CelestialEssence: energies of the Heavenly planes'
    1. Dumaqu: energy of love and beauty, from the Jewelled City
    2. Elsyian Essence: energy of miracles, from Elysium
    3. Genesis: energy of creation, from the Foundation
    4. HolyVirtue: energy of the 12 virtues, from the Promised Land
