The Court of Webs belongs to Ettuttu, the Spider, the Srisian God. Known to the Srisians as the epitome of the "liberated one," he is the personification of liberty, of one who only obeys his own laws. No one may dictate to him his behavior, his life, his fate, his identity. He defines himself, and none matter but himself. The Spider's Court is a combination of three major factions: the Srisian Church, the Inhuman Cult, and the Crow family.

Above all, as the Gerent of the Court is Ettuttu the Spider. His Consort is the Yellow Queen Guinevere, a construct of the souls of a thousand damned, created by a long-dead puppeteer named Michael Vane.
