Wanda Littany

As a member of the wealthy Littany family, Wanda bought noble titles in countries throughout Jesenya and eastern Lyrilla in order to faciliate her political machinations and arms dealing. She controls weaponsmiths and mercenary groups and rudimentary firearms manufacturers, and she makes a fortune selling these weapons to the armies of the world. She uses her political skills to goad whole countries into wars so she can make money. Everett likes her style but thinks she's investing too much in shorter term sources of income, preferring the long con himself. She loves polite society, as it masks her work, and spends much time in the social circles of the powerful.
