As a Servitor of the Shemguard, Wanaela is dutybound to protect Shem from all foreign threats. She has a 25 in Home Faith and the power to protect others at will, taking wounds for them (a hegnhic power). She is Consquent of the Homelander Elves, and therefore, she can call upon their ancient powers of defense as well. She is also able to exert a little control over any mortal native being of Shem if it means protecting them--mostly by instilling instinctual escape stimuli.
