Vova Radygan

Sekretar' of Vsemian Council
Coeligian (Illittum) Vanguard (Revolutionary)
201 years old, Trans Masc

Vova is a writer and scholar who became a revolutionary and spent time with the serfs after leaving his university. He had gone to school after being taken in by a priest, an abusive man who thought he could prove a theory by sending a "lesser" species and (perceived) gender to school. Instead, Vova found he liked "pretending" to be a boy and wanted to defy the powers-that-be that abused him. He ended up leading a rebellion.
