Green Arbor is the public name of Verdania, the Queen of the Green Children, and of the nation which she rules. She is one of the most powerful faeries. Her top priority is combatting fuligin dust, and she has built a court with that in mind in recent years. She tries to stay out of The Queen's politics, but her position of power makes that mostly impossible. As such, she usually leaves much of the work to her adviser Flowerpot.
