Tzuk is a region of eastern Palhur dominated by mountains and warfare. Between the mountains are dangerous ravines, badlands, and a few scattered forests. Usually, there is no ruler of Tzuk. Large swaths are given over to different tribes or clans, and other parts are completely wild. On rare occasions, someone will conquer it or unite the tribes, and it will act as one nation, but most often, Tzuk is wild.

The goblin clans: Fifteen goblin clans have territories in Tzuk. They are the Crimson Dagger Clan, the Brass Claw Clan, the Bleeding Eye Clan, the Savage Fist Clan, the Red Bud Tree Clan, the Boar's Head Clan, the Scorpion Heat Clan, the Pig-Ax Clan, the Vengeful Arrow Clan, the Red Toe Clan, the Hameh's Heart Clan, the Burning Mask Clan, the Unseeable Clan, the Red Bobcat Clan, and the Broken Fist Clan.

The gibberers do not have clans, or even formal organizations of any kind, but live in packs scattered throughout the Ka'lauk Forest.

Agogwes live in five different free tribes, and ten slave tribes: the Mrunak Tribe, the Pallawak Tribe, the Gogawa Tribe, and the Nurihaw Tribe are free, while the Shashanak, Jaooluq, Vawka, Qazorak, Yamabuk, Bawakawa, Egogwe, Hameh, Kinime, and Taga'halluk Tribes are enslaved by the goblins and crimson dragons.

Breccian dwarves live underground in a series of foul cities with connections to the badlands. Every city is autonomous and hates the other cities.

Crimson dragons live in massive dens in the mountains and enslave agogwes and goblins to do their bidding, building small territories. Goblin clans often give tribute to crimson dragons to keep out of trouble, and the agogwes often do the same, but the dominance of the goblins makes it difficult to find suitable tribute.

Nukekubis are undead humanoids that arise occasionally in this region.
