The Talipenari are a fleet of about 12 ships. They are mostly disenfranchised Gamayarans seeking freedom, fortune, and fighting. Their leaders are a pair of vicious bokken warriors named Menghubungkan and Anak, two lovers who take joy in dancing through the rigging and raiding other ships.

Crew(s):
The Talipenari are crewed by bokkens, Gamayaranese humans and pseudohumans, and a handful of other species. They take pride in their intricate riggings on their ships, which look like massive netting structures. All Talipenari crew folk have at least 3 in rigging/ropes skills and +1 in ATH.

The Talipenari's headquarters are a fortress city in the canopies of a rain forested island on the edges of Gamayaran. It is a network of nets, ropes, vines, wooden bridges, and small huts.
