Priestess of the Observer of the Tides, the Divine Philosopher, Serenelle is a mermaid who teaches at the local school. She has a few followers, but her main focus is keeping the school running. The school is opposed by the merchants and nobles alike for teaching commoners "more than they need to know." If not for the support of Lady Hyonos, the school would have been lost ages ago.
