Stephen Nimbus is the Disguise Man. He's the one you go to when special work is needed on a job. You need extra arms or realistic wings? A new face to get you through a checkpoint? He's the one you go to. Rumor says his skills were developed over thirty years of dodging the Thorns after bad mouthing the current Sather. However he developed it, whatever you need, he can pull it off. Over the last ten years he's been organizing his own crews for some high profile jobs. The seeds from the Elder Grove, that was him. He stole the famous horde of the dragon Natilgon and the airship carrying it while it was on its' way to being displayed at the famous Kren'Atan National History Museum. Last year, the Mwyr Aeld scepter that was stolen right before the inaugural ball, that was Nimbus. Now, he's called in some of the best in the business for an even ballsier target: the Tarahinian crown from First Shem right out of the Sathers' personal display room in their headquarters on Merukis.

PCs should be thieves or specialists that are being called in for help on this elaborate job. Each should have a specialty and a reason to hate/go against the Sathers or no fear of doing so.
