Doctor Rosshel Majjent

From the dystopian era, Dr. Majjent is a leading chaotician who uses their scientific knowledge to create entropic weaponry, portals, and computers. An adaro, she works for the Dalurine government and creates subsea weapons and abyssal portals. One such portal allowed her to take advantage of the Fragmentation, and now she travels the timestream seeking information and objects that might serve her in her own time and progress her research.
