In the wake of the Age of Pillars, a great many potential Tricksters and Brokers came to be. Of those, relatively few managed to take up their true power, but the cunning fox Reynardine was amongst them. Ancient already, the Fox of Cunning realized he was an impossible figure in the wake of Time's Rivening, and he sought out a small Paradox to fully empower himself to Trickster-dom. He spent the next Age and a half playing games, but Starfall changed that. He found the new world shocking and strange, and he sought out familiarity. He went to the Kitsune Manifest, his old friend, and she talked him into aiding her and the Fox Cult in their hidden war.
