Rahma spent the first 90 years of her life living as a slave. Working the gardens of a rich family, she attuned herself to using plant and weather magic in small doses in secret. When one day she was discovered using her powers, she was punished harshly and nearly killed. Since then, she has walked with a limp and had a slack side of her face. After that, she resolved to escape slavery; within a few years, she joined the Green Grith as a maruntuk (cooker). After decades of work in a beautiful greenhouse, she sought to retire and possibly leave Haenor. However, on the night she went to the Quaedam to retire, she was offered a drink of the waters of chaos. Accepting, she had a powerful vision that convinced her to remain as an adviser instead. Over the years, she and a handful of others shared the duties of consigliere to the Quaedam, and she eventually rose to become her most trusted, gaining the title Radical of Chaos.
