Serpentfall is past. Mother Blood and Mother Dark have been slain. One by the Spider, and one by the Elysian Warden. And so rises the thirteenth world, the world of Eyes, the red spot beyond the Cold Daughter and the Wanderer. What was once primordial shall ever be. What once was Lawbreaker is now beyond Law. The thirteenth world is risen.

1. The queen is dead. The queens are dead. There lie many choices and many paths before us, but in this, many more have closed. The following are now to be: The Pit shall not be closed.

2. These shall come to pass: what once was three shall be one. What was put asunder shall be whole again by the world's defender. The crowns shall ever be worn, but the peacekeeper's task is still uncertain. Dread fulfillment, messianic multiplication, and crowfall simultaneously shall be. And then the world of night shall rise.

3. These things shall come to pass: The hand shall be restored. The name of fear shall return to glory. The weaver shall carry the heaviest burden. The floating city shall submerge. The disconnected shall reopen the gate. The handmaid shall find a mate. The ship shall find its passengers. And the apprentice shall complete his masterpiece.

4. These things shall come to pass: The void shall open at the hands of the accursed. The observer shall take a side. The protector shall fail in her duty. The balanced shall rebuild the bridge. The fortunate shall destroy the cards. The forceful shall go blind. The rains shall wed the sea. And the stony angel shall connect with the greater minds.

5. These things shall come to pass: The stormlord shall bear unto the firmament the very seas. The fallen princeling shall restore the innocent. The lord in the hill shall defeat with his armies the might of invasions from beyond. The archer shall defeat the thorn, but neither shall die. The lord in the sky shall summon the ancestral might of his land, and woe unto those who oppose him. The fated shall restore the cards, but they shall never be as they were. The silver beard shall resurrect she who cannot be resurrected, but then shall she die in her task, that is, to oppose the destroyer. And the void's knight shall ride out to defend the azure trifold.

6. These things shall come to pass: Sage shall speak unheard truths. Singer shall sing unheard truths. Shepherd shall bring truth to the unhearing. And the nexus shall craft the embodiment of time.

7. These things shall come to pass: Seven shall become one.

8. These things shall come to pass: No blade shall match the loathed, for the only that could has died. The final gate shall open, and those who watch it shall be amplified and exalted. They shall ride and harry their foes, but the final confrontation will not be at hand. The terror shall face them, and they shall flee. Dragon, coin, aegis, song, and hat shall unite against the terror, and so shall the terror flee. And then shall fuligin's power return, but it shall never be multiplicative again.

9. These things shall come to pass: There will be a thirteenth foe in the final cabal. The first servants shall form alliance. And the earth mage shall see the soul of continents.

10. These things shall come to pass: The cat in the shadows shall, without intention, open the infernal vault. Justice shall, without intention, seal that which should have closed the vault. The metallic shall, without intention, bear the infernal to the godmaker. The godmaker shall, without intention, create the dreadest foe. The wife and crone shall seek to rectify her husband's mistake, and, without intention, unleash the dreadest foe. The stonecutter shall, without intention, break the root of the dreadest foe's power. The night stalker shall, without intention, slay the dreadest foe.

11. These things shall come to pass: The unconnected shall connect that which cannot be connected. Wild mage and controlled void shall stand against each other, and then with each other, and then separately shall they both accomplish the same. The fox-wanderer shall be the world's chosen, and the secret-keeper shall speak her Name. The silver and opal shall, wedded though they be, separately heal the same one wounded. And then shall the Spider battle the Book of Names, who shall wield the Final Sword, and whichever shall fall shall be not be defeated, but rise again.
