The Phoenix has a 1000 year life cycle. At the end of it, she builds a nest out of twgs and ignites it, dying in the conflagration and rising again. Her plumage and are gold and scarlet, purple and blue and green. Her song is beautiful. She is the mother of all firebirds, and she has a secret ceremony she intends to perform when all of the Manifests of her kind come to her.
