Convictions:

- To relieve suffering is noble and necessary.
- With the proper guidance, living beings can pull out the roots of their own suffering and find their path. Too long have I believed myself to be my only guide through this.
- The Dream realm must be kept safe for the sake of every dreamer. If I fail, the world will suffer twelvefold.
- The Master must lead, so the Master must fight. Though I build, though I heal, I no longer have the luxury of pacifism.
- One must be aware of the ebb and flow of narrative through the world; know when it is your story to tell, when it is yours to prepare, and when you must simply ride, guided by none and all. This story slays dragons. This story frees nations. We rise.

Passions:

- To use the Armor and the Hunt to heal Shem.

- To use the Armor and the Hunt to free Dream and dreamers from the tyranny of the vilest Nightmares.

- To alleviate suffering in the world by searching for all 12 of my patients.

- To keep the Dream realm safe. We will be menaced by Nightmare no longer.

- To chart the Dream realm.

- To find a Gift worthy of my goals.

- To ensure that the Children bound to Shem do not corrupt her essence, either by binding a Child of Balance to her or by preventing an evil Child from killing Rosalie.

- To use the symbol of the Red Fox to unite the world against Vesturia and the Alliance, to bring hope to the hopeless, and to win this war.

- To lead the armies of Dream and beyond against Vesturia and those that would crush us; to heed the wise counsel of my generals and friends. This is how the story goes. Peaceful hunter, bloody rose. When the Master cannot master, then he knows the one who knows. What weapon would the Red refuse? Of purest black, how will he choose? When the moment is that moment, then he'll know which one to use. Yet ere the break of day, the empress lay in silver seed abiding. And with her fall, no choice at all had met the Red ere riding.

Relationships

- The Armor of the Red Hunt: Let's see what it means to the be the Master.

- Dream: Know my song. Know my name. Know what the Maze became. So dawns the silver flame, so dawns the silver flame. / Know my cup. Know my blade. Know rivers, rest, and shade. That none might be afraid, that none might be afraid. / Sing to Life. Sing to Love. Sing always thus to Dream. The lost will find a glimmer, a gleam/ sweet waters by a shimmering stream/ the heart to heal, unseelie redeem/ Sing Sanctuary's Theme.
Party members:

Inelle: One of us, I should hope, and joined to Mudpie by the Blood -- the impossible becomes more plausible by the day. It's going to get harder before it gets easier, and if she isn't ready, I will be.

Rosalie: So it is war, then, for the life of a friend and the soul of the world. May we prove worthy of both.

Wactawa: She has embraced our mission more deeply than any of us. We share in this Miracle, don't we?
Ex-Familiar:

Rafu: We fight.
Mount:

Cead: I will ride in your memory, friend, with thunder yet unheard.
Sword:

Foiche Maru: Awakened at last. Now let's see what you've been dreaming of.
Cup:

The May Queen's Cup: We are bound now. What verses of your tale haven't I heard?
Aeon-lords:

The Sanctuary/Sourav: I forge you and now I am fated to leave. Peace is not mine. The vexed healer, the violent peacemaker... and now, against all odds, laughing through tragedy. What else is there but deadly seriousness?
The Red Hunt:

The Hunt proper: We fall. We stand. I call three Hunters to my hand. The song continues; the Hunt abides. Our blooded army rides.

Aisling: And where we tread, we wear the Red, from ancient bans released.

Mudpie: As blood flows, as rivers flow, as ink and speech and song; as fortune and poioumenon, as victory ere long.

The Queen: I must not let false fears remove her from the battles to come; may I see all of our enemies clearly.

Supporting characters:

The King of Galdun: I'm not sure if I've been repaid or if I still owe him, but such is the way of kings.

Magnus: If facing the Armor is more brave than anything else, understanding Bravery will be key to going forward. I need to watch him.

The Giftfinder: Who has he helped that he wishes he hadn't, I wonder?

Father Crane: I fear we will all be beyond kindness soon.

Sizzerande: I have my eye on him. When he makes a move, I must be ready.

Ghorim: Committed to dispassion, dies in battle in the service of Love. We may all contradict and remain ourselves, it seems.

The Curseweaver: Some part of me wants to see him get revenge against whoever set us up. Some part of me wants to get there first.

Lionel: I hope he's well-compensated for whatever we've brought into his house.
Bad Folk:

The Erlking: My sword was pointed at your heart, but all you did was thirst. What else could end without blood?

Inoxuil, the Mindflayer: Whole worlds looking over our shoulder? We need to meet some good ones, and fast.

Deserel: Dictating terms to a goddess can't be good for my health... but check that one off the bucket list, I guess. I won't forget that feeling in a hurry... and the next person I argue with won't either.

Luene: Threaten me and mine, will you? I don't care how much you think you know about me; you will suffer before this is over.

The Black Fox: The Hunt could probably tear him limb from bloody limb. The memory of me might relish the taste.

Anti-Prax: Why does this voice sound so damned familiar? What does it mean to trust it?

Followers of the White Fox: Paws off.

Patients:

Teratai: If she or the Child are in danger, the Hunt will ride to their defense. They must.

Admiral Jaramon Tremaine: He is well, and that is good, but if all of my patients have such potential for good or evil and such power besides, I must meet them all.

Lance Corca: He owes me the truth about our war.

Nuzaqi Ilatu: A hive-mind of Nightmare could span the world.

Tribal lord in the Riding: Nightmares on horseback? A mad conqueror? No.

Khalagan Hutaaur: I showed him mercy and compassion, and for what?

Falarya: They have been through enough. The Wild Hunt must not touch them.

The Primrose Manifest: It must not become a testament to the dark glory of the Wild Hunt.

Helga Ruenhalt: The bravest among us should be spared such a fate.

Elijah Riverkin: Reigniting an ancient vendetta

Murasakiiro No Yugure: I still don't understand the joke entirely, but it's funny as hell, and twice as serious. Every patient I meet changes me more than I changed them, and only by going back may I go forward! Ha!

Cham Vit: He could have been my first student. I fear he will be something else entirely.

Non-patients:
