A ruined city centered on an ancient library that is not far from Rohhev. It is protected by a dragon and an elemental, who have been there since before it was ruined. It is said to have been destroyed by the dragon, but none know the full tale. The library is home to a vast repository of knowledge, protected by constructs left there thousands of years ago.
