A faerie without a True Name has a mind, body, heart, and soul, but lacks the glue that brings them together. They are slightly delayed in their interactions, the heart not quite reaching the mind in a normal fashion, the body not quite reacting to the mind on time, nor the soul reacting to any as immediately as it should. Hags are bent old women with hideous forms, and Ocha is the first of them, and their Queen. She is the most powerful seer of the Dreamer's Court besides the Prophetic Dream, Miro-Lord of all Prophecies. She and her husband, Drosel, sit in the Faerie Queen's Court and watch the proceedings. Her husband rambles to himself, but Ocha speaks only rarely, and with no regard for Court formalities.

Her most recent prophecy spoke of a firebird and a coming war, a warning to the Queen herself that her next lover might be her last, and a tale of the rise of a new Master of the Wild Hunt.
