Backstory:
Nessk grew up on the streets of Galbar in Orononi, far from his people's tribal home. He learned to survive, an orphan and pickpocket. He was recruited by organized crime at the age of 12, taught housebreaking and the finer arts of thievery, but his greed caused him trouble. Eventually, he stole from the Brotherhood, the international thieves' guild, and now he is in hiding in Starfall.

Appearance:
The upperbody of a man, the head and tail of a garter snake. No legs. Black neck, yellow stripes, green scaled body. He's short for his kind--5'1" height, 7'3" long.
