Minianna is the daughter of the Storm God who brings rainy days. She appears to be a young girl with a broken umbrella, and she dances in the puddles after a heavy downpour. She has the power to use puddles as portals to other puddles anywhere in the world. She is allied with the Rains, calling her "older sister" despite being older by many Ages.
