Description Logoses are stellar elementals. They have three main forms: their star bodies, their bright avatars, and insubstantiality. Their star bodies are merely stars. Their bright avatars are burning humanoid forms that consume quite a bit of energy to maintain. As insubstantial forms, they can possess beings of suitable power for some time. If they choose, they can take other forms at the cost of more energy.

Magic Command of energies of all sorts are inherently part of a logos's power.
Special Powers Logoses vary by individual in what manner of energy they radiate, but most are astral or solar. Astral logoses command spatial and cosmic energies with ease, and can manipulate the spatial aspects of other energies. Solar logoses can manipulate heat and radiance at will, and they can alter the emissions of other energies. Logoses of other energies rarely exist in the primary plane, and they operate based on the energies they are representative of.
Weaknesses The Rending
Culture Logoses see themselves as stewards of the flows of energy in the universe. In their mythology, the long ago creation of the Rending was due to their laxity. Each individual logos represents a star, and their star is part of a galaxy. The chief star of a galaxy is the head of a society. Within a galaxy there are small cluster and large clusters which are akin to villages and cities, and the chief star of each is a leader among them. Many logos families form constellations, which are patterns in the cosmos that affect the flow of energies on distant planets, based on the pattern they are viewed in from that planet. The chief star of a constellation is also very powerful. Constellations can give a logos an extra amount of control of specific energies, most often fate.
