Joko Lestari

A binangewan diwata from northeastern Dabusen, Joko is a trans masculine alteror who found a way to use the powers of alteration to alter time itself, shifting when he was in order to explore. Because he simply sought to observe different time periods and experiment with his magic, the watchers deemed him harmless but worth keeping an eye on. History as it is recorded says that he used his powers to become a notable historian but never caused much damage to the timestream, and that he died of old age surrounded by his family at the age of 94.

With the Fragmentation, Joko's journey has changed somewhat, and now he is lost in time, unable to find his way back to the early socialist days he was from.

As a child, Joko began to question his gender, and that led him to study alteration as a means of altering his body to match how he felt. In the days he lived in, this was encouraged, and he ended up becoming an expert in it, spending years helping others with their own gender journeys. In his middle age, he decided on a change of career - using flux tends to make people subject to changing whims - and he studied altering time instead.
