Gisru is the art of connecting with others via jewels of dumaqu. This can be effected in several ways:
- Sharing the creation of a work that produces a jewel
- More than one person fueling a jewel with emotion
- Washing a jewel in the blood of more than one willing person
- Two jewel bearers sharing a sincere kiss
- Twinned jewelry
If an object that is dedicated properly and creates a jewel is done by more than one person, those who worked on it will share a weak bond as long as the jewel exists. This bond is a mild empathic bond.
If more than one person puts their emotion into a jewel, they gain understanding of the others who have put emotion into the jewel for the emotions put into the jewel only. One will understand the love of a person who puts love into the jewel, for instance.
Washing a jewel in the blood of more than one willing person will bond those participating fully empathically for a month. This can be repeated over and over again.
If two people who have jewels share a sincere kiss, they gain full insight into each other's emotions for as long as they are together romantically. If they are not together romantically, they will only share the bond for as long as the kiss lasts.
Making identical bracelets, rings, necklaces, etc. with jewels and sharing them will create a bond between those who wear the jewelry as long as the jewelry is worn.
