Garramonde Green

In the era right after the Fall, the brutal rise of patriarchy saw many tribes at war, many slaves taken, and the birth of settlements ruled by tyrants. A Siphoner from the far future, a specularo who found the era of advanced socialism unsuited to his evil, Garramonde Green used his powers to open a portal to a time when he could be a ruler with great power. He went back in time to the earliest days of patriarchy to become a warlord. Instead, he found himself first a slave and later an adviser to a warlord instead. He grew to hate his life even in the brutal past, and then used his power once more to travel again through time, going to the time of mercantilism. Once more, his ambitions were thwarted by his incompetence. He traveled again. And again. He became a wanderer through time.

Watchers kept an eye on him, but found him too incompetent to have a real impact. When Fragmentation occurred, he slipped from their sights, and they worry he might cause trouble.

Growing up in the era of advanced socialism, Garramonde resented the world, knowing his ancestors had been powerful nobles who had slaves and servants. He grew up with a chip on his shoulders and sought out forbidden arts, eventually finding a tome from which he learned blood magic. He took up this illegal practice, quickly coming to the attention of the law, and ended up in prison. There, he used his arts to give powers to his fellow prisoners, and eventually, they helped him escape. He formed a gang for a while, but eventually, his incompetence left him on the run from the law and his former gang followers. That's when he turned to time travel.
