The Hanged Man

A figure from First Shem who was hanged for committing atrocities, but his power turned him into an undead monster. The hanging simply made him more powerful, and he carries now the gallows with him. He draws magic from his own broken neck and the desperate acts he has performed to kill and destroy others. When he rests, he sets up his gallows and turns upside down, sleeping while hanging by the foot. He drinks the hearts of those he kills to gain power.
