Time control:

• Self-haste (goes twice per round) - automatic, permanent (stolen from destroyed fragment)
• Save point - sets a save point that it returns to temporally if knocked out while wearing jinshin uwo scale
• Timefreeze - thrice per combat, it can freeze a single person or object in time at a power of 25 vs. the target's highest magical innate power score, Littany metal score, or temporal protections score; target must be within eyesight of the Ranger
• 24-point view - the Ranger can look at any area within eyesight and see what it is like in 24-subjective hour period in an instant; AWA to analzye; can be used once per subjective week
• Timestorm control - the Ranger controls any nearby timestorms automagically
• Temporal absorption - the Ranger can absorb temporal aether to heal itself, empower itself, or use as fuel for time travel or spatial teleportation, power 25

A saturnium motorcycle with a strange set of fins on its back (next to the driver's seat) and a clockwork aparatus for an engine

Time skip: twice per combat, it can transport itself forward one round, teleporting to a new location and not being present for the round it does this
Revert: once per combat, it can restart the combat
