Dragons are intelligent, shebvic creatures that grow stronger over a set period of time as they accumulate draconic power and other energies. They embody five qualities of the Dragon God: discipline, territory, accumulation, power, and majesty. Each of these qualities influence each other in the growth of the dragon. A dragon has no national identity upon birth; it appears to be a large, pink worm. It acquires an identity and form based on the culture it grows up in and the energies it accumulates. First, it takes a form based on culture, then it takes on powers based on accumulation.
