Only an act of genocide is considered a service to the Offerant of Shadow and Bone. She had no Apostles. She is said to be a patron of a cult in Agikaan.

Powers:
  • Shadowscape: warping reality around you to be made of shadows, invoked by an act of stealing the land of a nation - the shadowscape is invoked when the user rubs dirt of the stolen land in their eyes
  • Dark Glamour: a rhyme that alters one's appearance to be darkly attractive, invoked by an act of mass murder - the rhyme must be written in the blood of the victims
  • Enslaving Web: webs that control its victims, invoked by an act of more literal enslavement - the webs are made from the hairs of the enslaved
  • Infernal Venom: a venom that burns with infernal flame, invoked by an act of mass poisoning or intentional spreading of disease - the blood of the victims will be the infernal venom
  • Draining Web: webs that drain the power of its victims, invoked by an act of extorting a nation - the webs are made from materials stolen from their land
  • Gossamer Lantern: a device that shines gossamer light that causes people to see what you want them to see, invoked by an act of gaslighting of a large group of people - the lantern is formed when they act on your lies to create it
  • Neque Nec (neither nor): blasphemous rejection of both mortality and Divinity, existing in a state between mortality and eternity, invoked by killing the beliefs of a nation - the state of being is created by the death of their last religious leader
  • Ghost Powder: bone powder made from bones dug up from a mass grave, powder that turns the living into the undead - the mass grave must be one the user created
  • Ceremony of Assimilation: a ceremony that strips the culture of a nation away and empowers the user with their souls - the ceremony involves heavy symbolic, sympathetic ritual and the death of a newborn child and a significant number of elders
  • Empty Vessel: using the husks of those starved by intentional famine as soldiers - children and innocents rise up as shriveled husks that drain life from those they touch
