| Special Powers | Caoineags are known as "the weepers." They have a throaty wail that, much like a bean sidhe's, brings sorrow or death to those that hear it. They can sense impending doom for their own kin, and they often seek out solitude (often near waterfalls) to wail their laments. They are incredibly stealthy. They are also excellent swimmers. |
| Weaknesses | Heat. |
| Culture | Caoineags live along the coasts of the arctic reaches, dwelling in frost marshes and inlets, having their homes half in and half out of water. They build vast ice palaces from ice they dredge up from the bottoms of icebergs. Their culture is very commercial and ruthless, but they have a strict clan system that evolved from the old alliances of the Evernorthern elves. |
