Age of Beasts
  • 1 - Civilizations begin returning, as no one seems sure what the current Epoch will be like.
  • 9 - Beasts go wild.
  • 26 - Civilizations, nascent as they are, crumble.
  • 39 - Giant versions of beasts return.
  • 47 - Extinct animals begin returning.
  • 113 - People begin to become less and less civilized.
  • 454 - By this date, only 100 cities are left in the world.
  • 460 - The megafauna dominate Palhur.
  • 509 - Dinosaurs conquer much of Taggarus.
  • 721 - Dabusen is overrun by insects.
  • 887 - Ranu is conquered by canines.
  • 1000 - Feral beasts take over Fasune.
  • 1063 - The underground realm is overrun by worms.
  • 1264 - Birds swarm all over Ailanea.
  • 1331 - By this date, only 20 cities are left in the world.
  • 1542 - The seas overfroth with fish.
  • 1776 - Cassaru becomes home to magical animals of all kinds.
  • 1865 - Ansulym falls to fell monsters.
  • 1999 - The moons are overrun by stellar fauna.
  • 2040 - Psyara is swarmed by intelligent animals.
  • 2249 - Technology is all but forgotten.
  • 2492 - The Champion reorders the world. His Servitors each take a realm: Ranu to the Wolf Pack; Ailanea to the Drake Creche; Cassaru to the Walrus Pod; Ansulym to the Gorgon Herd; the Island Bridge to the Gorilla Band; Dabusen to the Crocodile Bask; Northern Taggarus to the Leurcrotta Phalanx; Southern Taggarus to the Lion Pride; Palhur to the Behemoth Rumble; Fasune to the Bear Sleuth; the Great Southern Ocean to the Squid Shoal; the rest of the seas to the Shark Shiver. The moons each go to Prime versions of stellar beasts.
  • 2942 - The Hunting Order appears.
  • 3175 - The Servitors meet to arrange a war against the Hunting Order.
  • 3331 - By this date, only 5 cities are left in the world.
  • 3691 - The High Hunter is slain by the Champion in a hunt-or-be-hunted showdown.
  • 3884 - The last of the extinct beasts returns.
  • 4010 - The world is overteeming with animals. Some begin to die off.
  • 4377 - The last domesticated animal goes feral.
  • 4848 - The last cities begin to succumb.
  • 4991 - The last city falls to beasts.
  • 5000 - *Time Stream Riven*. Champion ascends; civilization returns.
