Elder of the two ran Boor brothers, Basil is a softer, wiser man than Durand. He's been in wars on all the surface-level continents, and he's come out of it a well-equiped, dangerous mercenary, and expensive to boot. He now works out of Lagan Hane, taking odd jobs and trying to make his fortune with the opportunities there.
