A grizzled old watcher who was chosen to observe tyrants, war criminals, and other historic villains due to his ability to survive and to remain objective. As the watcher of Harkan the Black, he was damaged in the event that caused Starfall, and he has had slurred speech and a painful limp ever since. He trains other watchers to do what he once did.
