Ytruk's in a tavern in Nora the Scar's region, arm wrestling a half-giant. The tavern is Durugu's. A bokken runs the place. It's filled with all sorts of weirdos, not the least of which is a man with some clearly undead men with him. Ytruk & the half-giant are the center of attention for a lot of folk who clearly have some bets going.
Rosiel stands by to watch the contest.
They hold steady for a long time until the half-giants arm slams into the table. Ytruk just stares at the half-giant with nothing but stone cold contempt.
Rosiel half-smiles.
The half-giant stands, holding his sore arm. Ytruk remains "seated" in the fashion of centaurs. He looks around, "Who is my next challenger?"
Rosiel approaches.
He looks Rosiel up & down as the crowd parts. A few saucy "Oooh"s come up from the crowd.
Rosiel does the same to him.
He shows no emotion. He just watches Rosiel.
She says, "Ytruk Bleggen, yes?"
He nods.
"I'm here to make you an offer."
He looksy Rosiel up & down again. He's not wearing anything. His lower half is that of a night mare. The upper half is a human. His face is a solid, muscular man's face, with short black hair. He's ripped.
"What?"
"I'm recruiting. I want the best, and you come highly recommended."
"For what?"
"Reeving. Got somewhere we can talk?"
"Here."
Rosiel shrugs and pulls up a seat.
He glances down as she does, then back to staring right into her eyes.
Amarcus sits at a nearby table as the crowd disperses, sad not to see you try to arm wrestle him.
Ytruk waits for her to speak
Rosiel stares back, unblinking. "That was an impressive little... display. I'm inclined to agree that you'd be an asset to my crew. You interested in sailing?"
He shrugs.
"So what
are you interested in?"
He blinks. Stares impassively for a moment. Then leans forward & whispers, "Killing."
Rosiel smiles slightly. "I believe you'd find a fair share of that."
He nods, "Raping," he whispers.
"As well."
He nods. He looks at you intently. Having leaned back to his normal position of rigidly upright.
"Be at Manwort's, tomorrow morning."
