| Description | Small, furry brown goblins with tusks and antlers (like thin, horned ewoks), walking on all fours and wearing animals skins. Their young are smaller versions of themselves called fawns. |
| Procreation | Follows the mother, with other goblins. Halfbreeds may occur outside of race. |
| Magic | One in five million have soul magic. One in five hundred thousand have heart magic. Mind magic, body magic, & void are possible, but rare. Shamanistic faith is not uncommon. |
| Special Powers | Yama-bitos have an affinity for the same wolves as mongrelmen, their mortal foes. They have no howl, but move silently, creating traps and waiting for their victims. Fawns are much the same, but weaker. |
| Weaknesses | They are especially susceptible to poisons. |
| Culture | Yama-bitos live in small clans that create ambushes and complex traps. They are silent stalkers of the forests. Their fawns go through the Rite of Trapping at a young age, about 6, where they must learn to make and use traps to survive. If they survive the rite, they go through feast and growth phases and become yama-bitos. They are called the Trapper Clan by themselves and other goblins. |
