William Frisser

William Frisser is a powerful redeemer and religious leader from Jesenya from the atomic age. As a psionist, he uses his powers to manipulate and control his followers, spreading distorted ideas that mask that he is building a small religious following. He grew up in a religious family and has been indoctrinated in the faith since he was a child, and he has grown to enjoy the wealth and power that comes with being a religious leader. When the Fragmentation occurred, his Divine masters granted him the power to escape the bounds of time, and now he has taken to using the Fragmentation to enact his disturbing agenda.
