On the western edge of the city, just south of the El Dimeo suburbs. West of the Farmer's Market, and north of the shore warehouses.

Its northern boundary is Garden City Road/Rail, which leads off along the coast to Garden City, about 30 miles away. Its western boundary is the savannah, and its southern boundary is Sands Drive, which runs between it and the warehouses. The eastern boundary is Savannah Street, next to the Farmer's Market.
